A Study on the Models of Digital Resouces Acquisition Based on National License

从资源遴选角度对国家许可项目进行探究,归纳得出现行国家许可模式下数字资源遴选的两种主流方式。通过实证案例分析讨论了两种遴选方式的差异和共性,并对国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)以国家许可模式引进数字资源的遴选方式进行了分析。

This paper investigates the national license from the perspective of digital resources acquisition and proposes two main models. The paper also discusses the differences and similarities between them through specific cases. Meanwhile, the acquisition model of digital resources of National Science and Technology Library（NSTL） is analyzed at the end of the paper.
