Three Important Factors on Building Special Collections Based on Donations in Chinese University Libraries——System Management,Information-digging Mode and Serving-mechanism

以清华大学图书馆特藏建设为实证,提出基于捐赠建设高校图书馆特色馆藏的观点,研究与之密切相关的三个关键问题:通过系统管理使图书馆捐赠工作的征集、收登、分编处理、回复等规范化、流程化;利用特色资源辅助发掘模式,提高特藏发展方向决策的科学性和客观性;建立良好、高效的特色馆藏服务机制,为特藏建设的可持续发展打下基础。

Takes Tsinghua University Library as a demonstration, the paper raises a point of building special collections based on donations in Chinese University Libraries. The authors give deep research on three important factors about this point： how to makes work on donation standard and flowable by system management, what＇ s the objective and scientific mode to find and decide the special collections by information-digging, and which is the effective serving-mechanism to make special collections continuable development.
