摘要
目的分析安徽省急诊急救专科护士规范化培训效果,以改进培训工作,提高培训绩效。方法根据培训绩效四级评估理论,采用自制调查表,对2008年度安徽省急诊急救培训班34名护士培训前做了培训需求调查,并了解其自评专业核心能力现状。培训结束时了解其自评专业核心能力、专科理论与操作考核成绩,以及临床实践教师评价。培训18个月后向其所在单位管理者了解培训效果。结果 34名护士培训后自评急诊急救专业核心能力得分及急诊急救专业理论知识考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本组护士的临床实践评价与其考核成绩具有一定的相关性;培训18个月后其所在单位管理者反馈:参加过培训的护士临床专科工作能力、教学能力、科研能力均较前提高。结论安徽省急诊急救专科护士培养模式适应急诊急救卫生事业发展现状,可有效提高急诊急救护士的专业核心能力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of emergency nurse specialists training in Anhui Province.Methods Based on the theory of four-level performance appraisal,the training outcomes were evaluated by a self-rating questionnaire about the nurses' professional core competency in 34 nurses participated in emergency nurse specialists training in 2008 in Anhui province before and after the training.The training outcomes were also evaluated by the scores of theory and skills examination and evaluation from clinical teachers after the training,as well as evaluation from administrators at 18 months after the training.Results After the training,nurses' self-rated professional core competency and score of theory examination were significantly higher than before(P0.05).The score of skills examination was positively correlated with teachers' evaluation.The feedback from administrators at 18 months after the training showed that the nurses' competency in specialized clinical practice,teaching and research were improved remarkably.Conclusion The pattern of emergency nurse specialists training is suitable for the development of emergency health care in Anhui Province,which can effectively improve nurses' professional competency.
