Professional training of operating room nurses based on JCI Accreditation standards

目的以国际医院认证联合委员会(JCI)标准为依据,制订手术室护士专业化培训的标准程序,并实行制度化管理,以确保护士具备相应的资格及能力。方法将标准中员工资质和教育(SQE)分成两个层面,分别制订和实施了一系列制度和程序,并在实施前后通过考核和发放评价量表的形式进行效果评价。结果标准的细化和实施,使手术室护士的工作能力提升、医生的满意度明显提高。结论手术室护士的专业化培训,可为患者提供高质量的围手术期护理服务。

Objective To develop the standard procedures for professional training of operating room nurses based on the Joint Commission International （JCI） Accreditation Standards,and implement systematic management to ensure that nurses have the appropriate qualifications and competency.Methods The standards of staff qualification and education （SQE） was divided into two levels.Then,a series of regulations and procedures were developed based on the standards.The outcomes were evaluated by questionnaire survey before and after the implementation.Results The refinement and implementation of the JCI standards improved nurses＇ work competency and increased doctors＇ satisfaction.Conclusion Professional training of operating room nurses can provide patients with high-quality perioperative nursing.
