摘要 以乙烯基环硅氧烷(D4vi)与丙烯酸(酯)为原料、(NH4)2 S2O8-Na2SO3为氧化-还原引发体系,采用乙烯基环硅氧烷的开环聚合和缩聚以及丙烯酸(酯)类单体自由基聚合同步进行的制备方法,制得了一种新型的硅-丙乳液,其特点是乳胶粒子内部的相容性较好、没有明显相分离;使用该硅-丙乳液制备的建筑涂料,具有铅笔硬度高,耐沾污性、耐水性,以及耐碱性优异的特点。探讨了聚合反应温度、催化剂种类以及用量、有机硅的用量、功能单体种类及用量对乳液的影响,分别用傅里叶红外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、原子力显微镜对乳液结构及状态进行了表征。 A new silicone -acrylate emulsion was prepared using vinyl cyclic silicone monomer( D4vi ) and acrylate as monomer and APS/SBS as initiation system. Ring opening polymerization of vinyl cyclic silicone and free radical polymerization of acrylate were took place simultaneously. Latex particles have good compatibility without phase separation. This latex was used to prepare new architectural coatings, which showed higher hardness, good contamination resistance, water resistance and alkali resistance. The effect of polymerization temperature, and types and amount of catalyst, siloxane, fuctional monomers on silicone - acrylic emulsion was discussed. The structure and morphology of latex was characterized by FT - IR,TEM and AFM.
