摘要
对采用高硫原铁液生产蠕墨铸铁进行了试验研究,结果显示:(1)在熔炼Mg-Ti-RE系硅铁蠕化剂时,要注意加料次序及炉料块度,在焦炭坩埚炉及感应电炉中皆能熔化,后者效果好。(2)采用w(S)量为0.06%~0.08%,w(Ti)为0.07%的原铁液,用w(Mg)6%、w(Ti)5%、w(RE)≤0.5%的蠕化剂,加入量在1.2%~2.0%范围内,可制得蠕铁。
An investigation on using high sulphur base iron to produce vermicular cast iron was conducted. The result was as follows:(a)When melting the Mg-Ti-REFeSi vermicularizing alloy (vermiculant),attention should be paid to the charging sequence and the charge materials size. The alloy can be melted in both the coke crucible furnace or induction furnace,however,more satisfactory result was obtained by using the latter. (b)By using base iron melt containing w (S) 0.06%~0.08%,w(Ti)0.07% and adding 1.2%~2.0% vermicularizing alloy containing w(Mg)6%,w(Ti)5%,w(RE)≤0.5%,it was possible to produce qualified vermicular graphite cast iron.
