铜陵有色高配比硫酸渣球团生产实践

Practice of Pellet Production with High Proportion of Pyrite Residue in Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd

硫酸渣一直作为一种废弃的二次资源使用,在国内利用率很低,废弃的硫酸渣既污染环境,又造成资源严重浪费。铜陵有色在国内首次大比例配用硫酸渣生产氧化球团矿取得成功,为大规模回收利用硫酸渣资源开辟了道路。本文就该系统的生产情况作一介绍。

The pyrite residue has always been used as a kind of discarded secondary resource,its utilization rate is very low in our country,and the discarded pyrite residue not only pollutes the environment,but also causes serious waste of resources.The high proportion of pyrite residue was first used in Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd for production of oxidized pellet,and success was achieved,which opened up a road for recovery and utilization of pyrite residue resources on a large scale.The production condition of the system was introduced in this paper.
