摘要
链篦机布料不均,直接影响球团生产线的产量、煤气消耗及篦床的使用寿命。通过长期观察和分析,找出了影响布料的原因。在采取相应的改造措施后,链篦机布料不均问题得以解决,产量增加,煤气消耗降低,同时延长了篦床的使用寿命。
The non-uniform grate feeding directly affects the output of pellet production line,the gas consumption and service life of grate bed.Through long term observation and analysis,the causes of affecting feeding were found out.After taking corresponding reconstruction measures,the non-uniform feeding problem of travelling grate was solved,the output was increased,the gas consumption was reduced,and at the same time the service life of grate bed was prolonged.
