摘要
目的比较高甘油三酯血症患者食用油酸(oleic acid,OA)含量不同的茶籽油和调和油前后,血清OA和9,10-二羟基硬脂酸(9,10-dihydroxystearic acid,DHSA)的含量和变化,以探讨OA是否在高甘油三酯血症患者体内转化生成DHSA。方法采用随机双盲对照研究,将50名高甘油三酯血症患者随机分为茶籽油组和调和油组,每组各25例。受试者每日摄入以上实验油25~30g,持续8w。在研究开始时和结束时测定身高、体重、BMI以及血清中OA、DHSA、总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血糖、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平。结果研究结束后茶籽油和调和油组分别获得21和25例有效数据。实验开始时两组性别分布、年龄、BMI、TG、TC、ALT、AST、总能量、三大营养物质摄入水平、各脂肪酸摄入量及活动水平无显著差异。实验结束时,与调和油组相比,茶籽油组油酸和单不饱和脂肪酸摄入量以及血清OA和DHSA水平显著增加,多不饱和脂肪酸摄入量减少,其他各项指标无显著变化。与实验开始时相比,茶籽油组油酸和单不饱和脂肪酸摄入量以及血清中OA和DHSA含量显著增高,体重和BMI显著下降及多不饱和脂肪酸摄入量减少,其他各项指标无显著变化;调和油组除体重和BMI显著下降外,其他各项指标无显著变化。结论油酸在高甘油三酯患者体内可代谢生成DHSA。
Objective To investigate the bioconversion of oleic acid(OA) to 9,10-dihydroxystearic acid(DHSA) in hypertriglyceridemic subjects.Method Fifty hypertriglyceridemic subjects were randomly assigned to teaseed oil group or salad oil group.Every subject ingested 25-30g/d of the test oils as cooking oil for 8 w.The serum contents of OA,DHSA,total triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),glucose,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were measured at the beginning and end of the study.Results Twenty one subjects in teaseed oil group and 25 subjects in salad oil group completed the study.There was no difference in gender distribution,age,height,weight,BMI,serum glucose,TG,TC,ALT and AST between two groups at the beginning.No differences in daily intakes of total energy,macronutrients and physical activity levels between two groups were noted at the beginning and during the study.At the end of study,the contents of OA and DHSA in serum and the intake of OA and monounsaturated fatty acids in teaseed oil group were higher than those in salad oil group.However,polyunsaturated fatty acid intake was lower than that in salad oil group.As compared to data at the beginning,subjects in the teaseed oil group showed significantly increase in the serum OA and DHSA and the intake of OA and monounsaturated fatty acids and decrease in the intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids after consumption of teaseed oil for 8 w,and decrease in body weight and BMI in both groups.Conclusion DHSA was one of the metabolites of oleic acid in hypertriglyceridemic subjects.
