空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌的分离及鉴定报告

A report of the Isolation and identification of Legionella Pneumophila from the cooling water of airconditioner

四川省在外环境中分离到嗜肺军团菌，尚未见于以往文献。１９９７年１１月自空调冷却水中分离到两株细菌（编号为９７００４、９７００８），其菌体形态、培养特性、生化反应及ＰＣＲ分析均符合嗜肺军团菌鉴定要求，经试管凝集、间接免疫荧光鉴定证实为嗜肺军团菌血清１型。

Two strains of LP were isolated from the cooling water of air-conditioner( number 97004,97008 ),whose bacterial shape, culture character, biochemical reaction and PCR met the demands of identification of Legionella Pneumophila.and were confirmed as serotype 1 of Legionella Pneumophila by TAT and IFA. The isolation of Legionella Pneumophila from environment in Sichuan province has not been reported previously.
