本文介绍了一种快速换型液压半自动钻模的设计与计算,该钻模结构简单、定位精确、装卸快捷、锁紧牢靠、换型便利,能保证气缸座定子安装孔的加工质量和生产效率。
This paper introduced the design and calculation of a semi-automatic hydraulic drilling fixture,with simple structure,accurate locating,fast loading and unloading,firm locking,changing type easily,which would ensure the process quality and production efficiency of the stator installation holes of cylinder pedestal.
