摘要
本文先应用Excel电子表格对准双曲面齿轮进行准确的几何参数设计,然后通过分析准双曲面齿轮断面齿廓的数学模型,建立齿廓方程,最后应用Matlab的数值计算功能根据齿廓方程得出齿轮齿廓的离散点坐标值,在UG环境下,导入离散点数据文件,利用其强大的曲面与实体造型功能,完成齿面和准双曲面齿轮的三维实体建模。
This article first exactly designs the hypoid gear geometry parameters by using the Excel spreadsheet,then establishes the tooth profile equation after analyzing the mathematical model of hypoid gear tooth profile section.At last,by the application of the numerical computing of Matlab,in according to the equation gear tooth profile,obtains the coordinates of discrete points.discrere the points into the data file of UG environment,completes the tooth surface and hypoid gears of the three-demensional solid modeling by using the powerful surface and solid modeling capabilities of UG.
