摘要
参考顾客满意度模型构建社区体育服务公众满意度指数模型,对湖南省长沙、株洲、湘潭城市群社区体育服务的现状进行分析。以偏最小二乘法(PLS)为拟合方法,对湖南省社区体育服务公众满意度进行实证研究。结果显示:湖南省社区体育服务公众满意度指数模型具有可行性,并针对测评结果提出相关建议。
By referring to the customer satisfaction model, the present research constructed the public satisfaction index model for community sports service. It analyzed the current situation of community sports service in the city group of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan in Hunan Province. Using the method of PLS, it conducted an empirical study on the public satisfaction with the community sports service in Hunan province. The study revealed that the satisfaction index model is feasible for assessing the community sports services in Hunan province and finaly put forward some suggestions on the assessments.
