摘要
目的:研究有氧运动对肥胖青少年血管内皮黏附功能的影响,探讨有氧运动预防血管内皮功能损伤的机制。方法:以全封闭式减肥夏令营肥胖青少年为研究对象,采用合理膳食和有氧运动的干预手段进行为期4周的减肥干预,测试减肥运动前后身体形态、血脂4项、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1的变化。结果:肥胖青少年的身体形态、血脂代谢显著改善,血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1显著下降。结论:运动减肥可以改善肥胖青少年的身体形态,改善血脂及血管内皮黏附功能,预防血管内皮功能损伤,从而降低心血管疾病的发病率。
Objective: The research investigated the effect of aerobic training over obese adolescents' vascular endothelial adhesion function and the mechanism of aerobic exercise in preventing vascular endothelium function damage. Method: Choose as subjects the obese adolescents of closed weight loss camps, and use proper diet and aerobic exercise for weight loss intervention for four weeks, measure their body shape, blood lipid and serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (slCAM-1) before and after weight loss. Results: After four weeks' intervention, both the body shape and the blood lipid metabolism of the chosen obese adolescents improved significantly and slCAM-1 reduced significantly. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise can improve the body shape, blood lipids and vascular endothelial adhesion function of obese adolescents and prevent endothelial dysfunction and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease.
