摘要
运用现代教育技术理论结合教育高地信息平台,对健身体操教学效果进行分析。结果显示:多媒体技术的运用提高了学生对健身体操动作的认识与掌握;通过即时动作反馈对学生自身动作做出评价与调整,加深学生对动作技术的理解程度,提高分析和解决问题的能力。
Using theories of modem education technique and the information platform, the present paper analyzed the teaching effectiveness of fitness gymnastics. The results showed that multimedia technology improved the students' understanding and mastery of fitness gymnastic movements and the real time feedback helped students make timely evaluation and adjustment about their movements. With the improved understanding of the technical movements, the students were also elevated in their ability in analyzing and solving problems.
