过氧化氢对绕线虫的灭活效果和动力学 被引量:3

摘要 以分离自饮用水的绕线虫为研究对象,探讨了过氧化氢对绕线虫的灭活效果和动力学。结果表明,绕线虫对过氧化氢灭活的抵抗力很强,在过氧化氢质量浓度201mg·L-1和接触时间120min的条件下绕线虫的灭活率仅达67%;在过氧化氢质量浓度201mg·L-1和接触时间120min范围内,过氧化氢对绕线虫的灭活动力学为1级反应;此外,过氧化氢质量浓度与绕线虫灭活反应速率常数之间存在正的线性相关关系。 When hydrogen peroxide was used as disinfectant,inactivation effect and kinetics of plectus sp. were investigated. The results showed that plectus sp. had strong resistibility to the inactivation of hydrogen peroxide because the inactivation rate of plectus sp. was only 67% when even exposed to 201 mg·L-1 of hydrogen peroxide for 120 minutes. The inactivation kinetics of plectus sp. was first-order reaction in the range of 201 mg·L-1 of hydrogen peroxide and 120 min of contact time. And,there is a positive relationship between the inactivation rate constant and the hydrogen peroxide concentration.
