摘要
为考察活性炭投加量、溶液质量浓度、时间与温度对吸附效果的影响程度,考察了不同试验因素条件下,最大长度为0.25~0.3mm的粉末活性炭对亚甲基蓝溶液的静态吸附情况。用单位吸附量和吸附速率来表征系统吸附效果,用灰色关联度分析法计算活性炭投加量、溶液浓度、时间和温度分别与吸附量、吸附速率的关联度。结果表明,无论用单位吸附量还是吸附速率来表征系统吸附效果,活性炭的投加量与其吸附性能的关联度最大,是影响吸附性能的主要因素。
In order to investigate the activated carbon dosage,solution concentration,time and temperature on the adsorption effect of the degree. Study the static adsorption of 0.25~0.3 mm powdered activated carbon on the Methylene blue solution under different experimental factors. Unit adsorption capacity and adsorption rate to characterize the adsorption effect,with gray relational analysis method to calculate the gray relational degree between activated carbon dosage,solution concentration,time or temperature and unit adsorption capacity or adsorption rate.The results show that whether using unit adsorption capacity or adsorption rate to characterize the system adsorption effect,activated carbon dosage associated with the greatest degree,is the main factor affecting adsorption.
