微乳法制备Ce-Fe改性TiO2纳米复合体处理造纸废水试验研究

摘要 采用微乳法制备Fe和Ce双元素共同掺杂改性的TiO2纳米复合体光催化剂处理造纸废水。通过对催化剂的煅烧温度、pH、反应时间等指标以及XRD表征的方式,分析了双元素改性过的TiO2光催化剂对造纸废水的色度和COD去除的影响及原因,并与未掺杂及单独掺杂的光催化剂降解效果做了对比。结果表明,最佳反应条件下双元素掺杂的光催化剂对光的利用率最高,催化效果最好。原水样经过Fe和Ce双元素掺杂改性的TiO2光催化剂处理180min后,出水色度和COD去除率分别在90.2%和83.0%,比未掺杂及单元素掺杂的催化剂活性有明显提高。 Microemulsion preparation experiment with two kinds of elements Fe and Ce co-doped TiO2 nano-composite photocatalyst treatment of paper mill wastewater. Through the catalyst calcination temperature,pH,reaction time and other indicators as well as the manner characterized by XRD analysis of pairs of elements of modified off-TiO2 catalyst for papermaking wastewater COD removal of color and the impact of and reasons for,and with nondoped and separately doped photocatalytic degradation effect has done a comparison. Raw water samples through the pairs of elements Fe and Ce-doped TiO2 photocatalysts modified 180 min after treatment,the effluent color removal rate of 90.2% or more,COD removal rate of 83.0%,compared with the undoped and doped with the catalytic activity of single-element has significantly improved.
