摘要
对手球项目规律认识的探讨,一直是我国手球界教练员长期争论的热点问题之一。通过对上海一线男子手球队一个周期(4年)执教工作的分析和总结,结合现代手球训练的发展趋势,对手球的项目规律进行再认识,并提出个人的见解,最大程度地使我国手球项目的专项训练更加合理。
