摘要
本文通过文献资料法、逻辑法等研究方法,结合运动训练的实践经验对游泳的专项力量训练理论与方法进行深入的探讨与分析,认为游泳运动员力量训练中游泳技术动作结构与完成动作的主要工作肌肉群用力相似才能获得最佳的效果,发展身体各个部位的力量应该采用的不同训练手段和方法,应该注重陆上和水上力量练习的转化关系。
In this paper,literature,logic and other research methods,combined with practical experience in sports training in swimming Strength Training and methods of in-depth discussion and analysis of that swimmer training in swimming action force structure and complete the action the major muscle groups work hard to get the best results similar to,the development of the strength of all parts of the body should be used in different means and methods of training should focus on land and water power of the transformation of relations practice.
