摘要
本文以厦门市部分中学体育教师作为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,了解中学体育教师专业发展的现状,分析阻碍中学体育教师专业发展的各种影响因素,并提出了相应的对策与建议。
The object of study in this essay are some PE teachers in Xiamen.To learn about the present situation of the professional development of PE teachers in high school,analyze the factors of holding back PE teachers＇ further development,and put forward related strategies and suggestions by documentary data method,questionnaire method and statistics method.
