摘要
应用毛细管区带电泳法,对伸筋丹胶囊中的士的宁和马钱子碱成分进行了分离研究。采 用pH=6.0的0.2 mol/L.tris-磷酸溶液作为缓冲液;运行电压20 kV;检测波长为260nm,被测成 分可得到较好分离。用内标法测定其含量,结果表明,在 0.02~0.15 mg/mL范围内,士的宁和马 钱子碱均与内标峰面积之比呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为95.1%(RSD=2.8%)和96.4% (RSD=3.0 %)。
A capillary zone electrophoresis method was established for the determination of strychnine and brucine in Shenjindan capsule, a preparation composed of & different TCM including Semen Strychni and dried earthworm for relieving rigidity of muscles by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. 0. 2 mol/L tris-H3PO4 (pH= 6. 0) was used as running buffer, running voltage was 20 kV, and UV absorbance detection was set at 260 um, This method can give a good separation for the determination of strychnine and brucine. By using internal standard the calibration curve showed good linearity for strychnine and brucine, average recovery was 95. 1% for strychnine and 96. 4% for burcine.
