摘要
简要分析了广西水资源的特点和行业用水管理工作中存在的问题,论述了运用行业用水定额来对水资源进行科学管理的必要性,提出了行业用水定额编制原则与方法。
A brief analysis was made on the characteristics of water resources and problems of industry water consumption management in Guangxi,based on which the author discussed the necessity of implementing scientific management of water resource with industry water consumption quota,and put forward the principle and method for stipulation of quota.
