摘要
围绕出台招投标程序管理办法、下放招投标机构监管职责、加大水利工程招投标监管力度等内容,介绍广西水利工程招投标工作中采取的主要措施及成效;分析存在的问题和成因;提出今后加强水利工程招投标监管工作的6项建议。
An introduction was made on the major measures adopted for the bidding work of water project in Guangxi,including putting into effect the regulation for bidding procedure administration;transferring the responsibility of bidding supervision and administration to a lower level;strengthening bidding supervision and administration of water projects etc.The author also presented the effects of the measures;analyzed the existing problems and causes;and put forward 6 suggestions.
