摘要
对碳酸钠与6种钛白粉在马弗炉860℃的条件下的直接苛化反应性能进行了研究,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)对样品的晶型成分进行分析,判断苛化产物结块的原因,进一步考察部分样品的苛化率。结果表明:金红石与锐钛矿的钛白粉都可与碳酸钠进行苛化反应生成白色钛酸盐粉末。苛化率与晶型、粒径和比表面积无明显关系,可达到接近70%。在钛白粉中掺入24%的CaCO3后,直接苛化反应中出现结块现象。
The direct causticization reactions of six kinds of industrial titanium dioxide samples were studied in a muffle furnace under 860℃. The crystal forms of the samples were investigated using X -ray diffraction (XRD) and X - ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) in order to determine the reasons of agglomeration of the causticizing products. The results showed that: rutile and anatase titanium dioxide can react with sodium carbonate to produce white titanates powder. The causticization efficiency, which could reach nearly 70% , had no significant relationships with crystal form, particle size and specific surface area. The titanium dioxide samples containing CaCO3 of more than 24% caused the agglomeration of the causticization products.
