摘要
本研究采用STOBER溶胶凝胶法合成复合二氧化硅/瓷土复合粒子,利用6sigma质量管理体系中的MINIT-AB软件,采用P-B实验设计以正硅酸乙酯用量、聚合电解质用量、氨水用量、乙醇用量、温度、时间、转速等为影响因素初步筛选出影响合成复合粒子的显著因子,再以全因子实验设计确定最终的关键因子。实验结果表明:聚丙烯酸钠和温度是影响灰分留着率和各强度指标的最重要的因子,灰分留着率的回归方程为:灰分留着率=-0.397+0.888聚丙烯酸钠+0.0144温度-0.024聚丙烯酸钠×温度。
In this study,using STOBER sol-gel method for synthesis of composite silica/clay composite particles,adopting MINITAB software of 6 sigma quality management system and PB experimental design,the effects of dosages of TEOS,polymer electrolyte,ammonia,alcohol,reaction temperature,time,rotating speed on the synthesis of composite particles were studied.The key affecting factors were set up by full factarial experimental design.The experimental results show that sodium polyacrylate and reaction temperature are the most important factors affecting the ash retention and the strength index,the regression equation of ash retention is: ash retention=-0.397+0.888 sodium polyacrylate +0.0144 temperature-0.024 sodium polyacrylate * temperature.
