摘要
传统氧化沟系统对造纸废水有着较好的处理效果,本文介绍了传统氧化沟系统的改良工艺——FAS-Jet供气式低压射流曝气系统对瓦楞纸废水的处理工艺。对整个调试运行过程以及运行过程中出现的实际问题进行了详细的介绍和分析,并给出了相应的应对措施。运行结果表明,系统的处理能力15 000m3/d,出水CODC r为79mg/L,SS为10 mg/L,BOD5为12 mg/L,出水水质达到造纸工业水污染排放国家标准(GB 3544-2008)。
Conventional oxidation ditch system could deal with paper wastewater well.The wastewater treatment process for a corrugated medium mill with FAS-Jet low pressure gas jet aeration systems was introduced in the paper,which is an improved process of conventional oxidation ditch system.The whole commissioning process and the practical problems arising in the process were introduced and analyzed in detail.and the corresponding measures were proposed.The results of operation show that the treatment capacity of the system was 15 000m3/d,CODCr of outflow was 79mg/L,SS was 10 mg/L,BOD5 was 12 mg/L.The outflow water quality can meet the national standard of paper making pollutant discharge(GB 3544-2008).
