摘要 为了解高温胁迫对一串红生长发育的影响,以3个一串红品种为材料,分析不同播种期及高温胁迫对一串红开花、部分形态指标及叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果发现,在4月10日至5月25日期间播种,对一串红生育期的影响较小;对植株的生长率、着花率、成活率等形态指标的影响较大,可作为评价一串红耐热性指标。叶片POD活性的强弱与一串红的耐热性有一定关系。 In order to understand the effects of high temperature stress and different sowing periods on growth and development of Salvia splendens,three cultivars were employed.Flowering and some morphological indexes,activities of peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in leaves were examined.The results showed that there was less effect on the growth period of Salvia splendens at different sowing time from April 10th to May 25th,but greater impacts on the plant growth rate,flowering rate,survival rate and other morphological indexes were observed,which could be used as indicators for evaluating the heat-resistance of Salvia splendens.There was a certain relationship between the activity of POD and the heat-resistance of Salvia splendens.
