乌兰布和沙区沙产业开发中水资源供需平衡分析 被引量:8

摘要 区域水资源供需平衡分析对于水资源的合理开发利用和沙产业的进一步发展都具有十分重要的意义。乌兰布和沙区是我国沙产业开发潜力较大的地区之一,引黄河水是其可供利用的最主要水资源。然而,由于近年来黄河水资源可供水量减少,严重影响了乌兰布和沙区沙产业的发展。本文以2006年为基准年,对水平年2020年的水资源供需平衡进行了分析,结果表明:乌兰布和沙区2020年需水量共计6.851×108m3,同期可供水量共计5.593×108m3,缺水量0.898×108m3,缺水率为13.11%。因此,乌兰布和沙区沙产业的发展需要进一步研究水资源的最小化利用,通过健全水资源管理原则,建设节水技术和水资源管理系统,调整种植业结构,改变农作措施,选育抗旱、高效节水的植物和其他生物,实现植物对水资源的高效利用。 The analysis of supply and demand balance of regional water resource for the rational development and utilization of water resources and the further development of sand industry has very important significance.Ulan buh Sandy area is the one of the potential regions for China's sand industry development,Yellow river diversion is the main available water resources.However,Yellow River water resources decreases have a serious effect to the sand industry of Ulan buh sandy area in recent years.In this paper,it took 2006 as the reference year and analyzed the supply and demand balance of water resources in 2020,the results showed that: total water demand of Ulan buh sandy area is 6.851×108cubic meters in 2020,and total available water supply is 5.593×108 cubic meters,water deficiencies is 0.898×108cubic meters,the rate of water deficiencies is 13.11%.Therefore,it is needs to further to study minimize utilization of water resources for development of sand industry in Ulan buh sandy area,through to perfect water resources management principles,construct water-saving technology and water resources management system,adjust planting structure,change farming measures,breeding drought,efficient water-saving plants and other organisms and to achieve efficient.
