摘要
在半刚性基层与沥青混凝土面层之间铺设应力吸收膜是1种有效阻止或延缓路面出现反射裂缝的措施。应力吸收膜能够以微小的变形吸收和释放基层裂缝传递给面层的应力。为研究应力吸收膜的工作机理、确定更好的应力吸收膜材料及厚度,本文针对半刚性基层开裂时应力吸收膜的受力特性进行了试验模拟。试验用应力吸收膜材料为橡胶粉改性沥青和SBS改性沥青2种,应力吸收膜采用碎石封顶的形式,应力吸收膜的厚度分别为1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm。综合分析得出以1.5mm厚的橡胶粉改性沥青作为应力吸收膜较为适宜的结论。
In order to prevent or defer the appearance of reflection cracks in the asphalt pavement,it is a good measure to pave stress absorbing layer between the semi rigid base and asphaltic concrete.This layer could absorb or ease the pressure released from the semi rigid base to the surface by small slide.To make sure the material and thickness of the stress absorbing layer,this paper mainly focuses on the experiment of stress absorbing layer under force bearing performance when the semi rigid base cracks.The materials of the stress absorbing layer are crumb rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.The layer is topped with gravels and the thickness are 1.0 mm,1.5 mm and 2.0 mm respectively.As a result,the 1.5mm modified asphalt would be the best choice to stress absorbing layer.
