摘要
该文研究了以香根草为原料的刨花板制造工艺。香根草通过粉碎、干燥等加工制成刨花,以脲醛树脂为胶黏剂,采用正交实验设计,研究施胶量、板材密度、热压时间、热压温度等因素对刨花板主要物理力学性能(静曲强度、内结合强度、吸水厚度膨胀率)的影响,确定热压工艺条件。研究表明:①香根草可以用于刨花板制造。②脲醛树脂可以用香根草草刨花板制造。③最佳工艺参数:施胶量14%,热压温度160℃,热压时间50 s/mm,密度0.8g/cm3。
This paper focuses on the technical parameters of the particleboard manufacture with particles produced by Vetiveria zizanioide after cutting,drying and urea-formaldehyde(UF) resin adhesive.Using orthogonal theories,the authors analyze the effects under different levels of glue content,density of board,hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time on the particleboard physical and mechanical properties including MOR,IB and TS.The results show that: ① Vetiveria zizanioide can be used in particleboard production.② UF is the proper adhesiv for the manufacturing.③ The optimal parameters are glue content 14 %,hot pressing temperature 160℃,hot pressing time 50 second/mm and density 0.8g/cm3.
