摘要
心脏瓣膜相当于心脏的阀门,在心脏的泵血循环中起着极其重要的作用。但是由于瓣膜炎症或瓣膜先天发育畸形,会导致瓣膜狭窄或瓣膜关闭不全等各种心脏瓣膜疾病,瓣膜的病变会使心脏超负荷工作,严重时导致心脏功能衰竭,危及生命。对于瓣膜病变严重的患者,进行瓣膜置换手术是唯一有效的手段。三叶机械瓣膜是一种人工瓣膜,因其较好的耐久性受到各国学者的关注。本文使用TRIZ进行三叶瓣结构设计,在此基础上在SolidWorks Flow Simulation中建立瓣膜流体分析数学模型,对模型进行定常流血流动力学分析,同时使用SolidWorks Simulation对瓣膜进行了模拟极限工作状态下的有限元分析。
The heart valve is just like the valve of heart, which plays important role in the pumping cycle of the heart. However, the stenosis or regurgitation of valve and other valvular heart diseases will happen due to the inflammation or congenital malformations of valve, and so the disease of valve would lead to overloaded heart, even heart failure, which is life-threatening. For patients with the severe disease of valve, doing the replacement surgery of valve is the only effective means. Mechanical tri-leaflet valve is artificially valve, it has been the concern of scholars because of its better durability. This trefoil valve is designed by use of TRIZ theory, of which mathematical trefoil valve model of simulation analysis is established by the way of SolidWorks software on the basis. This paper not only focus on the dynamic simulation analysis of mathematical model, but also the finite element analysis on the limited working situation.
