摘要
贮氢压力容器是用于加注、贮存及快速释放氢的小型装置,结构安全性是服役期内关注的重点。检测分析表明:系统在电子束焊接区域存在结构缺陷,主要为底部(内侧)未焊透。对于含缺陷的压力系统,采用失效评定图(FAD)及裂纹扩展计算方法进行结构安全评估是一种有效手段。基于缺陷检测结果,综合考虑系统结构、长期贮氢及飞行载荷条件特点,研究制定相应结构安全评定的程序及项目,可为评估贮氢压力系统的结构安全性提供依据。
Pressure Hydrogen System is the small device used to injection, storage and transfer of hydrogen gas. In service period, Structure safety is important. The result of defect inspection show that there is structure defects in electron beam welding area. The main defect is lack of penetration (LOP) in weld root. Failure Assessment Diagram (FAD) and crack growth calculation is effectual method, which is used to assess security of Pressure System containing defect. Considering the character of structure system, hydrogen storage and flight loads, The process and items of safety assessment were established on the basis of inspection results. It will be the groundwork for safety assessment of pressure hydrogen system.
