摘要
本文运用文献资料法,对心理健康内涵以及心理健康标准进行了阐述,分析了我国心理教育现阶段面临的主要问题,同时对高校体育教育与学生心理健康培养之间的关系进行分析研究。
Based on the literature material method,the paper talks about mental health connotation and mental healthy standard and discusses China＇s psychological education current existing problems.At the same time,the paper also analyses the relations between college physical education and the students＇ psychological health.
