新农村建设中推动大学生村官成功创业的对策思考

Reflections on Helping College grad-village-officials Start up their Career

随着社会主义新农村建设的不断推进,客观上要求放大现有的大学生村官的政策效应,构建起适合大学生村官创业的长效机制,营造出利于大学生村官施展才华的创业环境和氛围,使大学生村官更好地立足基层,带领农民创业致富。对浙江宁波大学生村官创业情况的调研,着重分析了当前推动大学生村官成功创业的作用意义、制约瓶颈,并提出了推动大学生村官成功创业的对策建议。

With the advance of the new socialist countryside construction,the government needs to amplify the effect of incentives targeting college-grad-village-officials,establish a long-term mechanism for those college grades to start up their career in countryside,and create a good environment for them to develop themselves.Therefore,based on a research on college-grad-village-officials from Ningbo University in Zhejiang,the paper analyses of significance of sending college grads to countryside to assume posts and the bottlenecks,and proposes some suggestions on facilitating the work.
