摘要
[目的]观察色素痣患者表皮神经纤维的变化及意义.[方法]选择10名色素痣患者行皮肤神经活体组织活检.分别以计数法和评分法对同一皮肤标本中的表皮神经纤维密度(IENFD)进行评价.并对其年龄性别等相关因素进行分析.[结果]色素痣患者IENFD 为(83.7±107.4)根/mm2,平均评分(2.2±0.6),明显少于正常对照组(P〈0.01).将色素痣患者按评分法分为面部组、颈部组和肢体组.三组标本IENFD无统计学差异(P〉0.05).按计数法面部组的神经数量最多(P〈0.05),肢体和颈部的神经数量一样(P〉0.05).两种方法均可见到青年组的神经分布情况比中年组明显好,评分法的结果有显著差异(P〈0.05).将色素痣患者的皮肤标本按照性别分成男女2组, 两者比较均无显著差异(P〉0.05).[结论]两种方法均显示色素痣患者表皮神经明显少于正常对照组(P〈0.01).色素痣内表皮神经的减少存在部位和年龄的差异,不存在性别差异.
[Objective] To observe the alteration of nerve staining in epidermis of patients with pigmented nevus. [Methodsl Ten patients with pigmented nevus were selected and performed with skin biopsy. Anti-PGPg. 5 antibody was used as the indicator of neural axis. Specimens were immunostained to mark epidermal nerve fibers. The quantitative method and score method were used to evaluate the number of epidermal nerve fibers in the same skin specimen. [Results] In pigmented nevus specimens, IENFD was 83.7 ± 107.4 fibers/ mm2 and the average score was 2.2±0.6 which were significantly less than those in normal control group, and the difference had statistical significance( t = 9. 215,3. 215, P 〈0.01). The pigmented nevus specimens were divided into three groups according to the location such as face, neck and body. The score method showed that there were no significant statistical differences in three groups( P 〉0.05), while quantitative method showed that there were more nerve fibers in face specimens( P 〈0.05) and there were the same nerve fibers in neck and body specimens( P〉0.05). The pigmented nevus specimens were divided into two groups according to age such as youth and middle-age. Both methods showed that there were more nerve fibers in youth group and the score method showed that there were significant statistical differences( P 〈0.05). The pigmented nevus specimens were also divided into two groups according to gender, and there was no significant statistical difference( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Two evaluation methods show that epidermal nerve fibers in patients with pigmented nevus specimen are less than those in normal control group( P 〈0.01). The decrease of epidermal nerve fibers in pigmented nevus has differences in location and age, but has no differences in gender.
