摘要
目的研究孕期母体给予尼古丁对胎羊血氧代谢、血浆渗透压、心律及成年子代大鼠心律等的影响。方法孕期给予实验孕羊、孕鼠尼古丁刺激,检测宫内胎羊的心律变化、血氧代谢指标及成年子代大鼠的心律变化。结果孕期接触尼古丁后,宫内胎羊和成年子代大鼠心律失常的发生次数明显增加,胎羊PO2降低、PCO2增高,与对照组相比均差异明显(均P<0.05)。结论孕期母体给予尼古丁刺激可增加胎羊及成年子代大鼠心律失常的发生率。
Objective To study the effect of fetal in utero and offspring arrhythmia,following exposure to nicotine during pregnancy in the rats and sheeps.Methods To test the fetal blood values and electrolytes(pH,PO2,PCO2,lactic acid,hemocrit,Na +,K + concentrations and osmolality) and heart rate in utero;to test the adult offspring ECG after injection of nicotine to pregnant rats and sheeps.Results Exposure to maternal nicotine could induce arrhythmia in the fetus in utero and in adult offspring.The experimental group fetal blood PO2 was decreased and PCO2 was increased significantly compared with those in control group.Conclusion The fetal and adult offspring arrhythmia can be induced by exposure to maternal nicotine during pregnancy.
