首次热性惊厥患儿与流感病毒A型感染的关系 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨首次热性惊厥患儿与流感病毒A型感染的关系及其临床特征。方法采用直接免疫荧光法对60例首次热性惊厥的住院患儿进行流感病毒A型检测,并比较感染流感病毒A型(流感组)与未感染流感病毒A型(非流感组)的热性惊厥患儿的临床特征。结果流感组患儿的平均年龄显著高于非流感组(P<0.01);流感组中,年龄>3岁的患儿显著多于非流感组(P<0.01)。热性惊厥发作时,流感组比非流感组的体温更高(P<0.01)。结论流感病毒A型感染与大龄儿童尤其是学龄前儿童的热性惊厥发作密切相关。
