摘要 济钢冷轧板厂为解决煤气制氢机组因脱硫、脱萘不充分所导致的设备故障频繁、机组作业率低等问题,采取了优化脱硫罐和脱萘罐的填料组分结构,改进机组工艺布置,增加尾气回收装置等措施,实现了制氢机组的稳定运行,每年可节省焦炉煤气534万m3,直接效益437.88万元。 In order to resolve the frequent equipment troubles and low availability of hydrogen making from gas set resulted in deficient desulphurization and naphthalene removal,Jinan Steel Cold-rolling Plant took some measures such as optimizing the component structure of desulphurization tank and naphthalene tank,improving unit process layout and increasing the recovery unit of tail gas.Then the stable operation of the units were realized,annual 5.34 million m3 coke oven gas were saved and direct benefit were 4.3788 million Yuan.
