摘要
利用顶空固相微萃取技术(SPME)吸附樟树叶的挥发性物质,采用GC/MS技术分析鉴定,用峰面积归一化法进行定量。从樟树叶中鉴定出38种化学物质,占挥发性物质总量的98.53%。樟树叶的主要挥发性物质有石竹烯,(Z,Z,Z)-1,5,9,9-四甲基-1,4,7环-十一碳三烯,己酸叶醇酯,S-(Z)-3,7,11-三甲基-1,6,10-十二烷三烯-3-醇,3,7-二氢-3-甲基-1H-嘌呤-2,6-二酮等。
Volatile compounds of Cinnamomum camphora leaves were collected by solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME), and separated and identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Then, a quantitative analysis was carried out by peak area normalization measurements. Thirty-eight species of chemical components in the leaves were identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Contents of the identified compounds extracted from leaves of Cinnamornum camphora accounts for 98.53% in the total volatile substances. Caryophyllene, 1,4,7,-Cycloundecatriene, 1,5,9,9-tetramethyl-,Z,Z,Z-, 3-Hexen- 1 -ol,acetate ,(Z)-, 1,6,10-Dodecatrien- 3-ol,3,7,11 -trimethyl-, IS -(Z)]-, 1H-Purine-2,6 ,dione,3,7-dihydro- 1,3,7-trimethy-1- were the most abundant volatile compounds in leaves of Cinnarnornum camphora.
