重庆市石坪桥社区1521例老年人健康普查心电图分析

The Analysis of Health Survey on 1521 cases of ECG in Shipingqiao Community, Chongqing

目的了解社区65岁以上老年人常规心电图的特征,探讨老年人健康体检心电图检查的临床意义。方法对石坪桥社区1521例65岁以上老年人进行常规心电图检查,分析年龄、性别、有否心血管疾病与心电图异常的关系。结果 594例(39.05%)心电图正常,927例(60.95%)心电图异常;各年龄段参检者心电图异常率随年龄的增高而增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);男性心电图异常率较女性为高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。高血压等心血管病患者心电图异常率较"健康人"高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论在社区卫生服务中,应积极地开展心电图检查,为今后社区老年保健、疾病预防及慢性病的管理提供一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate features and clinical relevance of conventional electrocardiogram （ECG） among the aged people above 65 in local community. Methods Conventional ECG was done among 1512 people who are more than 65 years old in Shipingqiao community. Then, the relationship of ages, gender, and cardiac disease with abnormal ECG was analyzed. Results The percentage of normal ECG was 39.05% （594/1512）, while the percentage of abnormal ECG was 60.95% （927/1512）; the incidence rate of abnormal ECG increased signifi cantly with age （P〈0 .01） , was more frequent in men thanwomen （P〈0 .01）, and was more frequent among patients with cardiac disease than healthy persons （P〈0 .01）. Conclusion It is necessary to carry outconventional ECG among the aged people in local community to provide references to the health care, disease prevention and chronic disease management.
