摘要
车间里机器系统的噪声场是非平稳的,噪声源和传播的影响因素有很多,变化规律很难确定。通过试验获得了典型车间中的具有重要特征的噪声信号,经过数据特点分析综合,得到其变化规律。再利用灰色理论建立了该车间系统的噪声多因素预测模型,模拟出噪声的变化规律。
Since the noise field in workshop machine system is non-steady,and the noise sources andtransmission are affected by many factors,it is difficult to determine its variation.In this paper,theimportant features of noise signals are obtained from a typical workshop through tests.Based on an analysisof the important features of noise signals,its vibration is obtained.Then Grey Theory is employed to builda multi-factor noise prediction model for the workshop so as to intimate the variation of the noise.
