摘要 全桥拓扑结构以其优良的特性和普遍的适应性在现代电力电子电路中得到了广泛的应用,而全桥电路运行状况的好坏很大程度上取决于其驱动电路的性能。本文介绍了由Philips公司生产的全桥驱动芯片UBA2032。实验证明,以UBA2032为核心构成的全桥驱动电路在满足一般要求的基础上,还具备结构简单、死区时间自适应调节、驱动信号产生方式多样、芯片供电方式灵活等优点。 Due to its excellent characteristics and wonderful flexibility,the topology of full-bridge has been widely used in modern power electronics circuit.Meanwhile,the operational characteristics of full-bridge circuit depends on the performance of its drive circuit to a great extent.In this paper,a full-bridge drive IC called UBA2302 will be introduced. The drive circuit consists of UBA2032 has been proved to be not only a satisfaction of normal requirments,but also a progress featured simple structure,adjustable dead-time,multiple driver signal generation method,flexible power mode and so on.
