本文主要介绍台达机电产品在中央空调恒温系统上的整体解决方案。系统通过将冰水阀门的开度纳入控制架构中以适时调节冰水的流量,配合温控器上的PID运算可对马达转速及冰水阀的开度做相互配合完成定温控制的目的。系统运行证明:台达产品安全稳定,性价比高,值得业界推广。

This paper mainly introduces the whole solution of Delta electromechanical products in central air-condition＇s constant temperature system.The control system puts ice water valve＇s opening in control frame to regulate ice water＇s flux timly.At the same time the systemcan match the motor＇s rotate speed and ice water valve＇s opening so that it can fulfill the system＇s constant temperature control based on temperature controller＇s PID operation.The operation practice proves that Delta products can work with good performance and stability,so it＇s worth being widely spread.
