道地产区不同居群阳春砂挥发油化学成分分析

Study on Volatile Constituents of Amomum villosum from Different Populations in Genuine Producing Area

目的分析道地产区不同居群阳春砂果实挥发油的含量及其化学成分,为阳春砂优良种质种苗产地的选择提供依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取砂仁挥发油,采用GC-MS联用技术测定挥发油化学成分。结果道地产区阳春砂果实挥发油含量在3.0%～5.1%之间,均达到《中国药典》规定的挥发油含量标准(>3%);乙酸龙脑酯含量在38.34%～56.25%之间,樟脑含量在6.99%～15.79%之间。结论不同居群砂仁果实挥发油的主要化学组分相对含量差异较大,其差异与各产区生态环境有关。

Objective To study volatile constituents of Amomum villosum from different populations in genuine producing area for demonstrating the fundamental state and choosing a optimum producing area of Amomum villosum.Methods The volatile oil from Amomum villosum were obtained by steam distillation and determined by GC-MS with the normalization method of chromatographic peak area,the relative content of each component has been calculated.Results The content of volatile oil from Amomum villosum in genuine producing area is 3.0%～5.1%,which meets the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（〉3%）;The content of bornyl acetate is 38.34%～56.25%;The content of camphor is 6.99%～15.79%.Conclusion The content of main volatile constituents of Amomum villosum from different populations have a obvious difference,and the difference relates to entironment of different populations.
