摘要
目的对甘草的快速提取工艺方法进行考察,为工业化生产提供依据。方法采用正交试验优化提取方法,HPLC法测定甘草苷含量。结果最佳提取工艺为电场强度20kv·cm-1,脉冲数为10,料液比1:10,影响因素的大小依次为:电场强度、脉冲数、料液比。此法提取甘草中的甘草苷达4.5%,得膏率达17.982%。结论提取工艺可行,经济、省时、回收率高。
Objective The method of rapid extracting technology was investigated in liquorice,and it provided the reliable experimental and the theoretical basis for the industrious production.Methods The liquorice extract content was detected by HPLC,using orthogonal test design.Results The influence factor had high voltage,impulsion frequency and the ratio of the material to the liquid.The best extracting technology is A3B2C1 for the liquorice extract,and the extract ratio to the liquid is 17.982%.Conclusion The extracting technology is feasible,economic with high recovery ratio and save time in the process.
