摘要
目的考察清咽滴丸中甘草酸的体外释放度和口腔黏膜吸收率的相关性。方法采用高效液相-紫外色谱法测定清咽滴丸的体外释放度和颊部黏膜在体吸收百分率,并进行了体内外相关性研究。结果清咽滴丸中甘草酸体外释放度和颊部黏膜吸收百分率的线性方程:Ft=0.640 4Fam+0.928(r=0.9515)。结论清咽滴丸中甘草酸的体内外相关性良好(P<0.01)。
Objective To study the correlation between the release rate in vitro and the buccal absorption in vivo of glycyrrhizin in Qingyan drop pills.Methods Using HPLC to determine the accumulative release percentage in vitro and buccal absorption rate in human,and their in vitro-in vivo correlation were evalhated.Result A regressive equationwas obtained by the release rate in vitro(Ft) to the buccal absorption rate in human(Fam):Ft=0.640 4Fam+0.928(r= 0.951 5).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between release rate in vitro and absorption in vivo of glycyrrhizin in Qingyan drop pills(P〈0.01).
