摘要
目的测定不同产地和部位的毛鸡骨草药材中相思子碱和下箴刺桐碱含量。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈-冰醋酸-三乙胺(82:13:5:0.2:0.3),流速为:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为220nm,柱温为室温。结果测定样品14个,相思子碱和下箴刺桐碱两种成分均达到基线分离。结论方法简捷、快速,结果准确,可为毛鸡骨草药材的质量评价提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of abrine and hypaphorine in Abrus mollis Hance.Methods An HPLC method was performed on Lichrospher C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) at room temperature,with water-methanol-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine(82:13:5:0.2:0.3) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Results 14 samples had been determinated.Abrine and hypaphorine had been basically isolated.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Abrus mollis Hance.
