摘要 目的建立降糖中成药添加磺酰脲类药物的HPLC检测方法。方法采用色谱柱为Diamonsil ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.02mol·L-1醋酸铵缓冲液与乙腈梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为235nm。结果选定的色谱条件下,磺酰脲类药物有很好的分离。结论该法灵敏准确,可作为检查降糖中成药中非法添加磺酰脲类药物的一种筛查手段。 Objective To establish a method for determining sulfa drug which may illegally adulterated into Chinese patent medicine by HPLC.Methods An HPLC method was performed on a Diamonsil ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate and methanol as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 235 nm.Results Sulfa drugs were separated well under the selected chromatographic conditions.Conclusion The method was sensitive and accurate.It could be used as a screening tool to determine sulfa drug illegally added to Chinese patent medicine.
