腹痛-反酸-呕吐
摘要
患者男，61岁，反复上腹痛40余年，剑突下烧灼感，反酸，呕吐胃内容物。慢性上腹痛病因很多，包括消化性溃疡、胆石症、慢性胰腺炎、横结肠疾病、肠系膜血管病变等，偶尔也可见于心肺及胸膜疾病。患者病程漫长，似乎是一个良性经过，
